Ravioli Lasagna - Rivisited

Decided to update this tasty dish because i am making it for some friends. My pictures of a previous cook of this got deleted so i figured why not do it again..

This is a very easy dish to do. You can use any ingredients that you have a taste for.

Here's what i used:
2 One pound bags of frozen cheese raviolis
2 pounds of ground beef(you can also add ground italian sausage to this mixture but i didnt because someone didnt want the seeds getting stuck in her teeth..LMFAO)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2-3/4 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
2 jars of your favorite pasta sauce
spices for the ground beef
garlic
onion

Brown meat, add onions. when the meat is just about done, add the garlic, you dont wanto burn that stuff.

In a big aluminum roasting pan, thin layer of pasta sauce...frozen ravioli...repeat with other ingredients.

Cinnamon Pull Apart Rolls

These are so easy to make, just make sure you make lots of them..lol

I made 2 pans of these so it took 5 small cans of canned biscuits. You can add any "toppings you want"

the basics:

5 cans biscuits
1 cup brown sugar
cinnamon sugar
1 stick of butter
cream cheese
apples
dried cranberries
dried blueberries
slice almonds
walnuts

i flatten the biscuits so i can add a little bit of cream cheese to the center.

i use a round cake pan that i line with tinfoil, much easier clean up.

Line with sliced Almonds or what have you.

Add cranberries.

Melt one stick of butter, add apples and cook until apples are soft.

add 2 good tablespoon of cinnamon sugar(white sugar and cinnamon) and a tightly packed cup of brown sugar.

Once its a gooey mess, ladel on top of your fruit and nut mixture.

Roll you dough balls in cinnamon sugar and place on top of the mixture.

i like to cook this on top of a cookie sheet.. 350 for about 35-40 minutes.

Let it sit for 20 minutes, place a plate on top of the pan after the 20, flip and enjoy.
